Question B450 Mortar Max problem

I have a problem when i install R3 1200 cpu everything is good and sometimes mobo can like cause bootloop 2 3 times and then resumes to windows and no problem at all when it boots to windows, so now i have r5 4500 and i tried and it works ok but can sometimes cause ez debug cpu and no display until i reseat it. Now i changed from stock amd to arctic 34 eSports and also giving cpu led sign, tried everything possible, and sometimes when i reseat it with stock it works okay when it boots to windows no problem, my main question is IS THIS MBU model faultyy??????????
I tried everything and when i swapped mbu with b450m ds3h everything works fine and no problem, so i assume mbu problem but why?

All msi motherboards have problems and they all start with the bios that the company releases and most of them are beta and with many problems
who is the bios from your mb?

7B89v2M this is it i didnt tried older but i tried newer and same problem, also i noticed when i go in windows shut down button it restarts and pc will not shut down

your mb begin from 7B89v2E and newer bios with 4500cpu
so i don't see anything wrong
update your chipset drivers to the latest ones, if that's where you have problems
anyway, I haven't heard the best words about the specific ones

yeah but also, 16gb ram geil 2666mhz gtx 1060 3gb 700w psu cooler master mwe 700w and now i use b450m ds3h but i have parts and all and i tried everything and still the one and only problem is that, i didnt try updating chipset bcs i didnt think its windows problem but something on the mbu

write the specs from your hardware and who is your psu

do a test with the chipset drivers from AMD with the link I posted, first see which ones you have installed

i think i did that and later on reinstalled windows but nothing, i will do that later and inform you.

Not from msi , there are different drivers
If you have app from msi this change your drivers
