B450 or X470 for Ryzen 3 2200g

Here's my setup:
Ryzen 3 2200g
2x4GB kit of RAM at 3000MKHz
No Gpu yet
600 Watt 80+ bronze psu
Looking for a motherboard with these feature sat around 100-145$:
Good in overclocking
4 Ddr4 Ram slots
2 M.2 slots
2 Gpu places (PCIE)
RGB Lighting on it
Fan headers and Rgb headers to be enough to support 5 or 6 case fans that are RGB

as for rgb headers, all mainboards have only 2 rgb, so u will need splitter/hub to connect more

Gigabyte X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING could just be for you it fits in the categories you wanted and got praised by Hardware Unboxed (from youtube) for being the best affordable x470 motherboard out there. You cannot use b450 motherboards because it does not support 2 way sli. But yeah you will need a rgb fan header splitters or a hub

There aren't really much differences between the Motherboards except that the x470 is better to OC your CPU with but i wouldn't recommend OC your CPU on B450 motherboard, and you shouldnt really OC a Ryzen 3 as they aren't really the best atleast a Ryzen 5 is worth overclocking but go for which ever the cheap one is.

I think I might go with a ryzen 2600 or 2600x -if I can afford it- in case their prices drop. or I might wait for the new CPUs to be out and if they don't grab me that much, surely the previous generation of CPUs' prices will go down. So I'm desperately waiting for any leaks.
