I was updating bios from 3.5 to 3.6 walked out of room and came back and screen was black, computer on but nothing on screen, restarted computer still no picture. what to do?

For starters, reset CMOS and check your MB's manual how to flash BIOS without compatible CPU installed. It has rare option to do that.
