Hi guys,
My old motherboard/cpu/ram died and I cant find what exactly or how to solve it. I have RAM and CPU red leds and I think it's a good time to upgrade.
I will keep the box, SSD, bronze 620W psu and nvidia GTX 1070.
I grabed a dirty cheap B450 Tomahawk MAX II (60€) and Team Group RAM 2x16GB 3200mhz CL16.
I only need a CPU. The Ryzen 5600X (285€) seems good quality/price because its not much more than a 3600X (240€).
I will use it mainly for flight sims with a high need of single core speed and I dont want to deal with OC, perhaps the automatic Boost but I don't want to touch voltages and deal with instability.
Questions:
I researched all I can and I still have this doubts :S. Thanks for the help!

Questions:
- Is it meaningless to aim for Ryzen 5 5600X with a GTX 1070 because the videocard may be the bottleneck for FPS?
- Will I have worse performance with the B450 than a B550? For example the Asus TUF Gaming B550 Plus (130€), something low entry. I still can return the B450.
