[SOLVED] b450 Tomahawk max M-flash not finding my USB in BIOS

I downloaded the latest BOIS version and extracted it onto my USB-drive. But my motherboard can't find my USB in the m-flash and it says: "No media found".

I've tried:

Formatting it to exFAT (only option next to NTFS).
Plugging it in the different ports.
Downloading the chipset (maybe not relevant)
Clicking the button on the back of my pc which says: "Flash BIOS button" (Doesn't seem to do anything at all)

I also recently upgraded my CPU and Motherboard (AMD Ryzen 7 3700x and MSI b450 tomahawk max) I haven't really installed any drivers, only the AMD Ryzen Master thing. I'm probably supposed to do more than that and I'm not sure what...

It should be formatted FAT32... I've never tried exFAT.

Try different USB sticks. It can be picky sometimes.

Wow... I just had to use a different USB...
