Question B450 Tomahawk red light

So this my first build and I struggled alot.I managed to turn the bloody thing on but there's a red light and nothing won't display on the monitor. I have no idea what to do.

My parts
CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Motherboard - B450 Tomahawk
GPU - GeForce GT 730
RAM sticks - Corsair Vengeance LPX

I try to update using the flash bios button method however i'm not sure if I did it right or wrong but it still does it.

Have you renamed the unzipped file and FAT32 formatted the USB drive?

Yes i'm positive I renamed the file from E7C02AMS.190 to MSI.ROM and formatted my sandisk to FAT32. I would like to try doing the flash bios button again but afraid I might brick my motherboard.
