Question B450f Gaming..

I know what the amber light during bootup means.. but I'm getting an amber and red light combo next to the CPU and RAM slots.. I booted up once tonight.. got into windows and then locked up, now it won't boot.

I also can't locate the serial number on the board.

List of installed hardware:
B450f gaming
1000w PSU
250gb SSD
8gb HyperX
ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1080 TI
2- 120mm cooling fans

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? Can you recall what the BIOS version for your motherboard was(if you can get into BIOS)? If you can get into BIOS, please parse on the version. Also, were you on a platform prior to the AMD Ryzen?

It's 2 weeks old. EVGA 1000w Bios version is 4502. Parse on the version..? It's always ran since 4-20 with this same CPU. Can't currently boot into CMOS. I get an amber and Red light on the board. I AM using compatible RAM and CPU.
