Also can i install 64GB ram or just 32GB at 3466Mhz ? There are only two channels btw.

Assuming you have the correct CPU, the Samsung 980 will work.
Be sure you're not referring to the 980 Pro. (PCIe 4.0)

i think i saw one with 32gb max ram
not sure..maybe i'm mistaken with another MB looked the same, anyway
My CPU for now is Ryzen 5 2600 ,will samsung 980 nvme M.2 SSD work ? or i have to get better cpu

It will work as it has M.2 port with NVMe compatibility. That goes for any MB+CPU+M.2 NVMe combination. Keywords are "M.2 NVMe" for both MB and SSD.
