Question B450m mobo

MSI B450M PRO-M2 AM4/B450/DDR4/S-ATA 600/Micro ATX Socket Motherboard - Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07FQB4X3M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_6KlSCbPNWR1F8

Is this motherboard good with Ryzen 5 2600 and maybe rx 570 or rx580?

Any better recommendations for a similar price?

What does the m stand for in b450m?

Thanks
It would work with 2600 but have limited potential. instead consider:

b450m pro 4 - Asrock
b450m gaming plus - MSI

any of those three boards would work equally well with rx570/580/590.

the 'm' denotes it's an mATX motherboard. smaller form factor for smaller mATX cases but can also fit to a full-size ATX case.

Why is it limited?

There is no heatsinking on the Pro-M2's VRM FETs. I wouldn't want to operate an 8 core CPU on that board and 6 core CPU's will probably not boost as high or as long and shouldn't be overclocked. If you go with an aftermarket CPU cooler that doesn't provide airflow into the VRM area (and most, like AIO's, do not) then even 6 core CPU's aren't recommended nor overclocking of 4 core CPU's.

Most mATX boards go into mATX cases that have fewer fan mount points so the limited number of headers doesn't turn out to be a problem. And fewer fans, in general, is less of a problem as systems are so much more efficient and run so much cooler anyway.

And yes, you can put a splitter on the fan headers to drive two fans. Just be observant of the power output limit of the header.

So which should I get? Because there’s a lot of options, I just wanted something good with Ryzen 5 and rx570 or rx80 for around 60-70

What's more important...

ATX or mATX?

being 'good for Ryzen 5' or cost $60-70 us?

You've been shown a few mATX that are good for 60-70. There doesn't appear to be any good ATX below $95. Although, if you shop around you might find a used or 'open box' on sale. What's happening is the supply of boards is going down as mfr's/vendors deplete stocks in advance of Ryzen 3000 release. As supply dwindles prices aren't going to go down for the good ones, if anything they'll start going up.

Otherwise, just get this, for an ATX:

or this, for mATX:

This is a completely random question but how much difference is their between Ryzen 5 2400g and Ryzen 5 2600 other than the igpu because I was thinking of temporarily buying the 2400g and using the igpu and then buy a dedicated gpu in the future
