Question B450M Mortar Flash BIOS Button problem

With the EPS+24pin and the usb in FAT32 with the bios file as Msi.rom it doesn't seem to work, It flashes 3 times and it stops, any solution?

Which BIOS are you currently working with and what version are you trying to update to? What processor are you pairing with that board to upgrade to? Did you follow through this guide on flashing the BIOS?

I don't know what bios version the mb has since it doesn't even post and I tried 7B89v19 and 7B89v18 and yes I followed that guide. I already asked in a discord server and I'm not with only one with that problem.
