Question B450M steel legend 16gb ram wont work

So i just change ungraded my ram to 16gb using 1 stick ram TPRD416G3200HC22BK
ELITE
But it didnt work pc failed to post
Just turn off after 30s and restart
But it work using my old 8gb elite 2400hz stick ram
Anyone can help?
I already update my bios to latest version...
Running with 3600x, 1080ti psu 750w

Frequency shouldn't be a problem as even that 3200 MHz module will still run at 2133/2400 MHz by default... you'll need to enable XMP to get your 3200 MHz.

Most likely a problem with the new RAM module as your old one works. I assume that's a new module, so you should RMA the stick.
