[SOLVED] B450m Steel legend + R5 3400g RAM speed compatibility

Hi i want to ask regarding RAM speed compatibility with AsRock B450m Steel legend coupled with R5 3400G5. What i read in ASrocks website is that the Picasso series (R3 3200G and R5 3400G) can support up to 2933Mhz of RAM speed, But i Saw one build in YouTube video is using 3200Mhz of RAM, i really want to post a link here but i don't know if it's okay or not. Now what i want to know if is 3200mhz of RAM is compatible or some underclocking is done.

You have to see on the list of memory, which 3200Mhz works for the B450 Steel. But you can always overclock.
