(I have built 5 pc's before this one and had no issues)
I first built my pc and for the first day it powered up and the light on the motherboard lit up orange and all the fans spun but there was no signal to the monitors.

On the 2nd day it would power up and then it would cut out occasionally then reboot but overall would still power up and all the fans spinning but still no signal to the monitors.

On the third day (today) there is no power to the motherboard at all, I have therefore taken out all the components apart from the main ones below.

Barebones Build to test:
B460M DS3H Gigabyte Motherboard

Intel 10600K Processor
Be Quiet AS Rock CPU Cooler with Fan.
1 stick of 16GB Crucial Ballistix 2666 mhz DDR4 Ram
Corsair 650W PSU

What I have tried so far:
Jump started the motherboard with the power pins - didn't work
Tried the PSU on my old motherboard which powers up fine with no issues
cleared the CMOS battery
replaced the CMOS battery
Reseated the Ram in different slots
Reseated the CPU and applied more thermal paste
Reseated the CPU cooler
Reseated the 8 pin CPU power connector, 24 power pin connector and the CPU fan connector

I feel like I have tried everything at this point and am thinking it is either a faulty motherboard or that the CPU is the issue, any help therefore is greatly appreciated!

Solution
If your new PSU is working ok on your old motherboard, that doesn't necessary mean it's also good for your new system. Once I upgraded my PC and decided to keep using PSU from previous system and it didn't work (PSU worked fine on old board/CPU, but not on new system). I bough new PSU and everything was fine.
I'm not saying there's 100% something wrong with your PSU. If possible, try to borrow another PSU from friend. Doesn't need to be high wattage (because you don't have separate graphic card).

I see now, is fine :)
Now, then only thing that comes to my mind.. I mean, I like Corsair PSU's, but VS series is really at bottom of the line. So, if you have a chance, try another PSU.
Right okay I used to have an old psu but got rid of it, but as I tested my current PSU on my old setup and it worked on my old motherboard I assumed the PSU wasn't the issue.

I will try a few more things then look at trying a new PSU/Motherboard.

For some reason I took it my build out of the case and messed around with a few things and reseated the components for a third time and it managed to work and is now fully working once put back in case, so overall not sure what the issue was but all working now.

Thanks for your help!
