Question B550 Tomahawk EZ Debug CPU LED is lit ?

Hi Everyone

Recently completed a new build with following specs

MAG B550 Tomahawk Motherboard
Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
Patriot Viper 3600Mhz RAM 32GB (2x16)
Corsair 750X power supply

Upon turning on EZ Debug CPU Light came on and system would not post.

Have checked CPU pins and socket and reseating several times
Have tried removing everything except for CPU and 1 stick RAM
Have cleared CMOS
Have flashed the BIOS with version 7C91vA7

Nothing has worked, current computer is 10 years old so no chance of swapping out components.

I'm thinking CPU at this stage as BIOS flash worked?
