Question B550M Terminator not giving video

I just got a new mobo cause my old one was faulty.

After installing, the fans start spinning and the LEDs light up, the PC is not giving video, nor lighting up the keyboard.

Any tips on what I might have done wrong? Possible troubleshoots?

MOBO: B550 Maxsun Terminator
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: GTX 1070 Asus
RAM: 2x8gb 2666mhz XPG Gammix
SSD: sx6000 XPG
PSU: xpg core reactor 850W

You might want to try working with one stick of ram, as opposed to two. Make sure that the single stick is fully seated. As for your PSU, how old is the unit? Is the GPU used? If so, bought used and did you verify it works on another system? Check and recheck all connections from your PSU to the components.

The system was working yesterday, same GPU/CPU/RAM/PSU, just change the MoBo. By faulty, my old PC was shutting down while gaming.

The PSU is new, about a month or two old.

For the GPU was used by me, first owner, working fine.

Did the test one RAM at a time, both slots, didn't work :/

Reinstalling the CPU. Maybe it was too much thermal paste but doesn't seem like the cause of the issue.
Can't find anything else faulty
