[SOLVED] B650M Aorus Elite AX shows Red VGA light but PC boots up ?

I just put together this PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HGPst7

The VGA light is consistently red but I was able to get to BIOS every time. Does anyone know what could be happening? I tried taking out the GPU and putting it back in, but the red VGA light still pops up.

did you connect the monitor to the display port? try hdmi
most likly the motherboard doesn´t recognize the monitor in time and sets the led, but works fine nonetheless
after restarting windows or if the monitor was switched on before the PC and set manually to DP instead of auto, the led shouldn´t appear. But if still on, wouldn´t worry about. Maybe updating the BIOS of the motherboard can help fixing it

Yeah I just tried the HDMI thing but still showing up, I haven’t installed windows yet so is that something that could be messing with it? I’ll try tomorrow to fix it!

FIXED! For anyone using the ZOTAC 4070Ti, make sure you’re plugging in the proper cord for the respective power supply. We used a pcie 4 with the power supply for the graphics card instead of the cord it came with.
