PC Specs
CPU: Intel i5-13600KF
GPU: MSI DUAL RTX 4070 Super
Motherboard: MSI B760M Project Zero
RAM: Teamgroup T-Force Delta DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) CL32
SSD: Corsair T500 1TB NVME M.2
Cooler: AIO Thermalright Frozen Notte 360
PSU: Corsair RM850
Case: MSI MAG PANO M100R PZ

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help, my motherboard is giving a Debug white led light, with no boot, and no display. All the parts are brand new.

I’ve tried:

- my old GPU, GTX 770 in new build, same white led light.
- waited 15 minutes, steady white led light no change
- tried the RTX 4070 super on my old gigabyte MB, runs with no issues
- tried return/exchanged for new B760M Project Zero motherboard, same white led on second motherboard
- can’t update bios: no display, no bios flash built in, no older CPU (would this be causing the issue? I5 CPU released 9/2022, motherboard released 8/2023, motherboard states it supports 12/13/14th gen CPU, and the CPU I have is 13th gen. Should this need a bios update out of the box for it to work?)
- tried re-plugging and starting over 4 times now, checked all the connections (everything is snug/tight), all power connections are from the Corsair PSU. No custom ones. Tried the PSU on older PC setup, works fine.
- tried 1 stick of ram only in all slots. Same white led light
- my MB website compatibility lists i5-13600, but does NOT list i5-13600KF. Could this be an issue?
- my MB website compatibility lists 4070 and 4070 TI, but does NOT list 4070 Super. Could this be an issue?

Thanks in advance

Apparently your motherboard doesn't have any BIOS restoration/recovery/flashing utility outside of BIOS or needing the system to POST successfully.

I would try and relieve some mounting pressure off the CPU while the system is laying on it's side, and see if that helps alleviate your no POST situation.

Thank you for your suggestion, I have tried multiple times to mount-unmount the CPU. And adjust it as per your suggestion. It still shows the white led light.
