B85-PRO GAMER won't boot, CPU_LED is on

when I turn the PC on it firstly shuts down after maybe a second, then turns on CPU_LED turns on and nothing happens.

I have so far tried pulling the MB from the case, unpulged everything unnecesary, tried different PSU and checked for bent pins.

The PC worked fine for about 3 years

Sounds like either your board or CPU has died. Those are the only two parts left you didn't eliminate. I'd lean towards motherboard personally

Any way I can test it?

Only if you have another 4th gen/haswell refresh cpu or a 8/9 series motherboard laying around
