I would like to know whether gigabyte b85m-d3h is compatible with gtx 950. And also what is the favourable psu to be use or the range of the W?

I would like to change my graphic card to gtx950 and I would possibly need a new psu as well due the fact is some 15 usd cheap cpu.

corsair VS450 is a good choice
there is no compatible issue with 950 with b85
you can also use cheap 500w psu

How about amd rx 460 also gtx 1050? Which type of psu would I need for this?

you can still use the same psu without any issue the reason is
GTX 950 =90W
GTX 1050 = 75W
RX460 = 75w if you are going to overclock you should buy a psu around 600w

So if i am going for gtx 1050 OC i should get a psu wif 600w right? corsair vs650 will do? Because I saw some of the post the psu need to be golden.

as i see you have a core i5 4430 Processor so this is a non K processor so you can't overclock this and yes 600w more than enough for your need if it 80plus rated.
