[SOLVED] Back cyberpower fan not working

Brought my self a somewhat decent pc Ryzen 5 and an RX 580 8gb (First proper gaming pc) from Cyberpower. I noticed the other day the fan on the back that hovers over to mobo gpu and under the power supply had stopped spinning and the RGB doesn't light up. Any one know if cyberpower have a dash board for the fans and RGB I can check or if any one else may no why it may of the stopped spinning and lighting up, the others are fine i am very confused
