Back light keyboard help windows 10

I was using my backlit keyboard with my new desktop and it was working fine. THHEEEN i got a update. I installed the update with the keyboard still plugged in and when it was finished it did not work. i know the keyboard still works because i can still light it up in the bios and such. In not sure if i have to change a setting in the bios or what.
