Hi,

I recently built my x99 gaming/rendering pc and was wondering if back panel cable management matters?

I have a corsair 780t case with a ton of room in the back panel for cables, but with all of my cables routed back there (a lot) it is pretty messy. I have used Velcro straps on cables and tried to pull as many cables together as possible but it still looks pretty messy. Is this a problem at all?

Also I may be adding gpus, ssd's, and hdd later.

Solution
Since there are no heat-producing components behind the motherboard tray in normal case setups, losing airflow there makes little to no difference.

Neatly folding cables may make it easier to get the wires you need out when you want to add something and make it easier to make the cover fit back on though.
