Finally built up my new pc and everything works except the back pannel connectors. I know this because my hdmi cable works on my gpu, but not my back pannel connectors. Even the bios menu pops up but it won’t read my usb keyboard! Can you help out?

Solution

Maybe you should try creating the USB key a 2nd time, just to be sure.
Ok thanks! But what about my keyboard? When bios comes out, it asks me to press a key, but it won’t work my keyboard.
It’s a DBPower keyboard and I’ve used every USB port I could find

Try these settings in the Bios:

Legacy USB Support ENABLED
Allows USB keyboard/mouse to be used in MS-DOS. (Default: Enabled)
&&
XHCI Hand-off DISABLED
Determines whether to enable XHCI Hand-off feature for an operating system without XHCI Hand-off support. (Default: Enabled)
&&
EHCI Hand-off DISABLED
Determines whether to enable EHCI Hand-off feature for an operating system without EHCI Hand-off support. (Default: Disabled)

Try USB 2.0 port (black color I think) and USB 3 ports next to PS2 connector
If it doesn't work switch EHCI to ENABLED

I haven’t been able to successfully load up windows or bios. I double checked my usb headers with their ports and everything seems correct. It just doesn’t want to load off my usb. So far I’ve only been at a black screen that says “Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert in selected Boot Devices and press a key”

Are you saying you are still trying to install Windows from a USB key, onto your drive?

Yea I still am, I’ve had the whole pc built but got stumped the second I turned it on. Everything is working except my USB ports on my motherboard in which I haven’t been able to load into Bios

When you press key does it register as a press and able to continue with the menu?
if you hit Contr+ALt+Del are you able to reboot computer while at that screen?
If you hit delete key repetitively
Are you able to see motherboard Gigabyte Bios greeting screen ? with keyboard shortcut keys menu at bottom ?

Actually, I’m not sure. When downloading the windows 10 media tool, I was getting an error. So instead of downloading it straight onto my usb, I downloaded it as a .iso file then used Rufus to load it onto my usb.

I'm not clear from your description, are you confusing the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, with the Windows 10 ISO? They are not the same.

you should hit delete before getting to any screen, even when screen is blank, while your keyboard led lights up or even not, hit delete repetitively right after booting your pc until you get to bios, don't mind not seeing anything on the screen meanwhile.
Best is to do it while removing any drive including your USB installation stick.
