Hello.
i recently builded a new PC since was my first I added the stock cooler to the CPU with the results of really noisy pc after gaming, so I decide to buy a new CPU Cooler from Master cooler the Hyper 212 black edition, I saw few videos but I saw I need to add a metal plate from the back of the MoBo. My motherboard already have one because the stock cooler is with clippers and I need to clipped to the black things. I don’t have access to the back of the case. My motherboard is the Asus Tuf gaming plus II

If your case does not have a cutout to allow access to the under side of the motherboard, then you have to remove the motherboard from the case to change the cooler. ALL the vendor supplied parts are required to get proper operation of the cooler.
I see no it doesn’t if it was a bit smaller it may could I install from behind. So I will remove all parts and install it properly.. thank you for your answers ..:)
