Back up is full after remotely being hacked

Someone is remotely getting on my computer and accessing every folder picture changing things my back up is saying it is full I have screen shots of things, how do I find the date this all started and how do I stop it and what can I do legally if I know who is doing this?

You had best stop wasting time and IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECT YOUR PC FROM THE INTERNET. Capiche?

It's conceivable that some or all of your personal data, including financial records, social security number, credit card information - the list goes on & on - has been stolen or compromised.

You should IMMEDIATELY contact your financial institutions with which you do business and other important entities that contain your personal records/info of one kind or another to inform them of this incident or incidents and do what you can to protect your financial and other personal records.

Also, immediately report this situation to the appropriate authorities in the area in which you reside & do business.
