I have a GL702VM laptop (i7 6700hq, 12gb ram, GTX 1060 6gb, 128gb m.2, Crucial MX500 ) and I noticed my bios was out of date so i updated from version 303 to 310 with the built in flash tool (EZ Flash) and my laptop would not go past the Asus logo on boot. After some troubleshooting I found that if i remove my 2.5 inch ssd it will boot into Windows. Asus EZ Flash or Win Flash will not allow me to install an older version of the bios to fix the issue. I have tried to use freedos but i just get a restart when i try to boot the freedos usb drive.

In Command Prompt navigate to where you have Winflash installed " cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\WinFlash "
Now simply enter "Winflash /nodate"
