Windows 10, dual monitor setup. My main monitor is 1920x1080 but my other is at 1200. I set my background to image of 1920x1200 and it crops to fit the smaller screen and carries that cropped version over to the larger screen. It's a known issue apparently as noted in the link below. I tried the suggested workaround but it didn't help. Hoping maybe someone else has run into this and found a better solution?

What version of Windows 10 are you working with? Perhaps try and use DDU and remove your GPU drivers, then manually reinstall the driver for your GPU(discrete or integrated) in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I would also try and work with the panel that is 1200 in vertical res to be the main monitor then have the 1080p panel as you r secondary and see if the images are in order.

Have you tried setting a different wallpaper for each monitor? You could have a 1080 image and 1200 image then right click the different ones in settings to apply it to a certain monitor.
