G'Day guys just wondering if it is normal to have around 65 background processes and 20 Windows processes running without any program open. These are normal numbers I get after booting my PC before opening anything. i have also disabled a lot of programs from starting on start up but haven't seen and improvement in numbers.

So what I'm trying to say is is it normal to have that many running and will this slow down my computer over all.

Thank you for your time.

Well I would however most of them have got to do with my graphics card, Intel stuff or audio drivers, but some others I have no idea what they do and I wouldn't want to end any that may crash or corrupt my computer.

I use around 20% in idle, I don't know why it didn't show on the screen cap. However I still get the same amount of processes with a restart or complete shutdown.
