Backing Up A Windows 10 Virtual Machines to reuse After format?

Hello guys

At work i have several Vmware virtual machines up with windows 10 and windows 7 in it. I need to format 2 of the main PCs that have some virtual machines in. I was wondering if i just copy the folder of each virtual machine located on my documents and put it after formatting and installing vmware in the clean set up?

Yeah just copy the folder of the vm and you are good to go.
