[SOLVED] Backing up and restoring software and settings

I am in the process of getting a new laptop. But how do I back up from old laptop and restore to new laptop, my software from Windows 10?

The only question left is how to restore the system image to new computer? Or is that not possible?

If by software you mean installed applications or games, you will have to install them on your new laptop.
Likewise, you will have to start from scratch with settings etc.

Creating a system image (which includes the OS) on your existing laptop is not the answer at all.
The OS from your existing laptop will not run on your new one.
A system image is only valid for using on the same PC on which it was created (for example, when the HDD has had to be replaced).
