Hello,
I have a home built computer with 3 internal hard drives. One of the hard drives is running XP while the other two are simply storage (music, games, etc.). I want to upgrade my OS from Windows XP to Windows 7. Do I need to format the two "storage" drives, or can I simply disconnect them during the install of Win 7 and reconnect them afterwards? I'm hoping to avoid moving all the data from the storage drives, but I don't want to risk them being unusable once Win7 is installed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
