Backing up PC game

How do I backup my game/profile if I wanna do a format (PC version of
course)
There are 2 profiles , what excact files need to be backed up?

Windows 2000 / XP, save games are in

C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\need for speed
underground

Windows 98/ME, save games are in

C:\windows\all users\application data\need for speed underground
