Be sure it's not an IPS screen, as it could just be IPS glow. IPS glow is easily solved by just changing the angle or distance of the monitor.

However if you don't have an IPS screen and the backlight bleed is quite annoying, here are some ways to reduce backlight bleed. Try these from top to bottom.
  • Reduce the screen brightness, until the backlight bleed is no longer noticeable
  • Use a microfiber cloth and very softly rub the areas where backlight bleed is most noticable
  • Loosen the screws bit by bit on the rear of the display.
  • Disassemble the display and put electrical tape around the edges of the LCD screen.

reducing the brightness makes it more visible due to pitch black color.
putting electrical tape.... is it on the white led panel or like the glass panel im not really sure which is which.

I believe it's just the panel itself. When you disassemble the monitor, you will have the screen surrounded by a metal housing. Put the electrical tape around the edge of the metal housing to reduce backlight bleed. Not on the screen itself. I would use a dark colored masking tape first, as it's very easy to clean up if you mess up.

Also, try the screw loosening method too, and see if that reduces backlight bleed.

did noticed that the bezel its somewhat bent causing the panel to misaligned. had to forced that thing to straightened and the light bleed comes off. well kinda reduced significantly...
