Question Backlight problem

Hi People

My Monitor is makink problems heres a video.

Anyone got an idea? I'm thinking hardware but still hoping could be something else just seems weird to me that they are first turning on and then off.

Edit: oh and funnyly the ones that are working today didn't work yesterday and vice versa

Edit 2: tried Hdr no difference.

Disable HDR and see if the issue persists.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
