backplate for liquid cooler missing, need alternative.

So yesterday when I went to install my corsair hydro h55 cooler, I discovered that no back plates were included whatsoever, I bought it brand new from scan so I have no clue how that is possible but ok. I have looked for replacement backplanes for the specific cooler but haven't been able to find any, I even emailed corsair asking if I can get a replacement but haven't received word yet. Just wondering if I can buy any regular lga 1150 backplate and use that instead? Any help would be appreciated.

Since you bought it brand new, return it and get a replacement

You could use any back plate from any other cooler for same socket, only problem would be screw size and thread pitch that may not be same.
