backup already backed up data with different drive letter

Hi,
My data is backed up with Fbackup using external HDD. In my internal HDD I created partitions and moved the data to be backed up to a new drive letter. Even Though the data is identical (I haven't changed it), Fbackup treaed this data as changed data that needs to be backuped up. I want to configure Fbackup that these files are identical so it will treat these files as already backed up files. Is it possible ? is there any other backup software that can do that ?

It's different data to the program because once you moved them over to the new drive, their timestamp changed.
