Backup copy of Win7 for computer w/ Vista sticker and loaded with Win7.

Hi,

I purchased a pc with win7 32 bit loaded on it. It arrived today and I see it has a Vista sticker.

Is there any information I can acquire now, in case the HDD dies; so, I will be able to reload Win7 on a new HDD?

The computer is for a very specific application which works best with the Win7 32 bit.

Is Vista installed or is it Win 7?`

If it is from a well known brand, like HP, Lenovo, etc, usually they let you create a backup/restoration disk in case you need to reinstall everything. You should look into creating that disk asap.

But if Vista is installed, I'd contact the seller... or is it maybe Vista upgraded to Win7?? Anyway do a backup.

It came loaded with WIN7 just as the seller advertised, and exactly what I needed.

It was only when it arrived I noticed the sticker for Vista.

I will look up "making a backup disc". Thank you.

The best thing to do is download nirsoft (productkey) program and get the key used for the win7

Hopefully it is legit and no crack
