How can I set up a backup script to stage folders to a CD-RW?

I'd like place a blank CD in the drive then leave it to run off-shift.
My other cross-network backups are working fine from the "Scheduled Tasks",
but I need to create a backup on a media I can take off-site as a precaution
against fire, etc.

Thanks in Advance,

Joe Todd
