I wanted to buy GT730,it uses PCIe 2.0.I am having PCIe 1.1,will it worth to buy it?

processor core2duo 7500 series
ram 4gb ddr2

The GT730 is more than enough for your older rig. I wouldn't recommend a stronger GPU unless you plan to upgrade the entire system.
