Bad 1090 T?

I bought a Phenom II x6 1090 T for $45 bucks and the guy said it works, And it does, but I can go into the bios and change things and it boots fine but every time I try to get into windows the PC crashes, I have tryed everything I can. Help?

ASUS 750ti OC
8gb HyperX Fury
(Current) Phenom II X3 B75 unlocked to X4 975
MSI Classics 770-C45
750gb Seagate Baracuda

Have you tried a clean install of Windows? Also, your board might not be able to power a 6 core.
