[SOLVED] Bad benchmark?

I did a benchmark test for the first time for my rig that is a year old, I don't understand the benchmark stuff so I hope someone can help me out. About an hour ago, I did a benchmark test and it said PC statues is below than average, and now doing a second run, it says it's excellent? But when checking the parts, it seems it not doing so well? Like the GPU is below what it should be and also the ram. What can I do to get my PC to be the best it can be?

Your RAM is running at only 2133mhz. Go into the bios and turn on DOCP and set it to 3000mhz. Then re-test.

Same thing but with AMD it’s usually called DOCP.
