Bad build idea?

selling my custom fx8320 build, I've thrown a bunch of the old builds parts into a Lenovo ThinkCentre M83.
Currents Specs:
i5 4570
32gb 1600mhz ddr3
500w EVGA psu
Asus GTX 1060 6gb

I plan on buying a i7 4770 and a GTX 1070 (gigabyte mini), is this a horrible idea?
