Bad connection in most games

hi i need help with an issue on my connection when playing games. it seems that my ping is always on 200ms. games that i know have this issues: Rocket league, Rainbow six Siege, H1Z1 kotk. games that have normal ping: CSGO(40ms ping). Here is my ping test result using Azure Storage Latency Test:

Comparing to another Latency test using speedtest.net by ookla:

i live in SEA so it should not be more than 100 on Singapore or even HK

First off open a command prompt and type "tracert 8.8.8.8" without the speach marks and copy and paste the results.
