So quick question, I was reaching to the back of my PC to turn off my case LED's and for some reason I was thinking the button was the Bios-flbk button and I pressed it a few times before realized that wasn't the button I was looking for. I'm not 100% sure what this does, is it bad that I pressed it a few times would it hurt anything? Board is an Asus sabertooth z87

The BIOS Flashback button is used to reset the UEFI BIOS... with a USB drive in the Flashback port it updates it... so, all you did was reset it if you held the button 3+ seconds, if you held it in less than that, you probably did nothing.
