Bad fps BF4

My fps recently has been very poor on low settings i upgraded my graphics card in august and i could run at a smooth 60 on high, i deleted the game a while ago and decide to re install it again and now i it is a max of 40 on low. my computer is cpu- amd fx 6300 6 core 3.5ghz 8gb 1600 ram and a gtx 770

Try closing out your web browser after you load into a server. Sounds like it won't have an effect on fps but recently nvidia cards preform crappy with chrome & firefox open for battlelog.
