Bad fps help please!?

Hello im having bad fps on games i dont know why i could run these games good before now its fps drops etc specs
Windows 10 64 bit
Intel Core i7-4702MQ
2.20GHz 8 RAM
Nvidia 750m
Im using a acer laptop btw

try cleaning up your windows, closing background apps. Do a clean install of your video drivers. You can allways try to boot in safemode and test if it is still a problem, if not there is probably some software eating your resources. also fysically cleaning your rig might help with cooling issues making a gpu throttle.

I cleared my whole laptop yesterday used factory settings and today i tried to clean my laptop's dust i do have a cooler under my laptop it just seems in the first few minuts the fps is good and after a bit it comes down

Ok those temps are a little warm but that's to be expected on a laptop, doesn't look like a heat issue.

I dont think that heating is the problem here to i mean my fps is really bad ingame even with that heat is geforce expierence good to use or not?

While it shouldn't be heat in this case an overheating cpu or gpu will massively underclock itself which significantly impacts gaming performance. This is very common with laptops.

I dont fully understand what your saying here but i just got a message from nvidia that i need to update my driver but im confused since i alrealy did today this morning maybe something went wrong with the download

Hello everyone sorry if my english is not written the best apolegies for that but i have a question i have a acer laptop and ive been having problems recently ive had this problem before but i dont know how i fixed it so ive been playing league of legends and been trying cs:go counterstrike but i cant play counterstrike with alot of fps drops and for league i used to play on medium high now i can only play on very low settings to get some decent fps i reset my pc and cleaned my c drive fully
i still get very bad fps after all this reset stuff i also tried cleaning the dust inside my laptop that had no impact it kinda seemed im kinda lost here my thanks alot if you respond though here are my specs : intel(R) core(TM) i7-4702 @ 2.20ghz 2.20ghz 8 ram 64 bit

I had good fps before on games like csgo or league of legends now its garbage im sure there is a fix somewhere

Could be getting too hot because of internal dust accumulation - - open it up and give the fan & other components a good blowout with an air-duster.
