It's not just the battlefield franchise that I get poor fps variations, I also get these in crysis 3, sniper ghost warrior 2, bioshock infinite and a few need for speed games.
My full system specifications are as followed;
CPU= Amd fx 4170 (tried overclocking it went from 4-4.6 ghz no difference)
CPU cooler= noctua nh-d14
GPU= gigabyte gtx 780 windforce ed rev1 (stock)
RAM= 16gb of 1333mhz
MOBO= Asrock 970 pro3
PSU= fractal design Tesla 650w 80+ gold
Case= Corsair 600t
I have installed latest drivers for my GPU but had little to no effect, I have a feeling that my cpu and mobo is my problem and I should upgrade, I've been progressively doing this over the past 8-12 months. My original PC was a poorly built one from eBay about 3 years ago back then I didn't have much knowledge on pc's. can someone please help it's beginning to brass me off.
