Hey guys, was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem.
Whenever I play matchmaking and run any resolution above 800x600 i get constant low fps making my game all laggy and pretty unplayable for me. It can drop all the way down to 60-50 fps in some cases. BUT in Deathmatch, where you are supposed to lag and drop fps more, it doesn't drop a bit! Constant good and stable FPS during the entire DM.

On 800x600 my fps in DM servers is around 200-250 fps and in MM its around 120-150. The res I want to play with is 1280x720 and that runs perfectly in DM but unplayable in MM. I've been searching the web and everyone is having the opposite problem of mine, they get lower fps in DM. So I'm wondering if there is a fix to my problem or atleast anyone who could help me? Any help is appreciated!

Solution
Honestly, those specs are sub-par, even for counterstrike. My GT240 was BARELY able to run CS:GO, that was with an Athlon II CPU though. I imagine that CPU is better, but it's not good for gaming.

Hey, I actually dont mind playing at 100 fps but thats when im playing 800x600. 800x600 makes the game look so damn ugly and zoomed in.. When I play at any resolution above that it drops under 100 fps causing fps lag. But thats only in Matchmaking, works smoothly in DM
