Hello everyone i really hope someone can explain to me what's going on with this game. So I'll try to keep this as simple as possible I have two pc's one i used to use(back in febuary) and a new one i just recently built. So BOTH BUILDS HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME GPU a gigabyte RX560 4gb.
New Build: CPU- amd 1700x
MOBO- asus crosshair v extreme
Ram- vengence 16gb ddr4 ram
PSU- 750 watts
Old Build: CPU- AMD 8350
MOBO- asus crosshair iv
RAM- AMD gamer series 8gb ddr3 ram
SO as both builds a fairly similar and i was just playing games on the old build using the the same gpu and games were constant. Same for the new build but here's the problem playing saints row 4 on the new build plays a solid 60FPS on high at 1080p and can even play on high at 4k with 30fps.
The old build plays with random a$$ fps regardless of what settings and resolution. now i reinstalled windows 10 that didn't work i wiped the old drivers with ddu and that didn't work so does that game just run beter on newer pcs??
