Bad FPS On Escape From Tarkov

So I seem to be getting really low fps on maps such as customs, shoreline and labs, averaging to around 30-40 fps. On maps such as woods and factory i get like 120 fps constant. Can somebody please explain to me why im getting bad fps on certain maps. From looking at other people with my exact rig, they seem to be getting like 70-80 fps on the maps that run trash for me

Graphics Card: Gtx 1060 6gb

CPU: i5-6600k

RAM: 16 gb ddr4 RAM
